Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover inspection and processing costs.

• This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees.
